Mj is a great maintenance worker, he comes over anytime I need help fixing something around the apartment. whether it has to do with the water heater or ac, and just something simple like getting my garbage disposal unstuck

I want to give a huge shoutout to MJ from the maintenance team. He is quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting things taken care of. One night, I contacted maintenance around 12:26 AM because I was having a severe allergy flare-up and needed my air ducts cleaned. By around 67 AM, the issue had been taken care of, and I could immediately tell the difference in the air quality.I really appreciate MJs reliability and willingness to help whenever something comes up. He definitely deserves recognition for the great work he does!

I cant say enough about MJ. He does such a great job taking care of the property - not just us individual tenants but the property at large. I frequently see him cleaning the pool or straightening chairs and tables that weve left out of place. MJs always in a good mood too which is such a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

The staff at Thornhill truly cares about the residents. The office staff is wonderful, the maintenance staff is on top of their game. MJ is absolutely incredible. He is friendly, always willing to help, and provides excellent work.

MJ Poloa were awesome, they fixed my drain at a spire of the moment and got to work in my AC to get it fixed. They were professional and very respectful.
